How and When will I receive my edible image?
Your edible image will be posted in a card board mailer, inside an airtight package. This will prevent it from being bent during postage and will also keep it out of the sun and rain. We recieve a lot of positive feedback about our toppers packaging and after sending over 1000 toppers, we haven't had any affected by the postage process so far.
Your order will be printed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving a completed order which includes payment clearing and any proofs being approved.
We spent an extensive amount of time testing, researching and printing all different edible images to find the most user friendly and hassle free topper possible.
Our toppers are thick, but still delicate enough to attach fully to your cake. They will remove very very easily from the backing sheet. All our round toppers are pre cut for the perfect shape every time. Our toppers are bright and vibrant with full colour printing to inkjet quality.
These toppers are the perfect starting point, even if you have never done cake decorating before!
Is my image going to be easy to use?
We have 2 ranges available on our website, pre designed images available to purchase through our pre designed store, or we have custom images through our custom store. Pre designed images only allow for a name or year to be added to the design. Custom images require you to purchase your size, and then provide your own image - Once you Purchase your image via our Paypal gateway, you will automatically be redirected to our upload facility. Here you can directly upload your image - however if you have any issues with this at all, just email your image across to us and we will take care of it!

Do you Supply images? and how do I send my image to you?
We suggest allowing 2 weeks for delivery from the date you order. We will ship within 2-3 business days, however we do not have any control over Australia Post and it's good to order early to avoid disapointment. Express Post is available if required urgently.

How long will it take to get my edible image?
Yes. Your edible image will be shipped with instructions on how to use it. If you misplace your copy, just email us and we can send you a PDF link!
Does my image come with instructions?
Our Edible Images are a thin layer of icing on a plastic backing. Edible images are 100% edible and contain no gluten, soy or dairy. This is very different to rice paper or wafer paper and provides a much more user friendly experience as well as brighter colours and better hold of images.

What surfaces can my edible image go on?
The toppers can be used on most cake coverings, including marzipan, fondant, royal icing, glace icing, chocolate, whipped cream, buttercream and frozen cake surfaces.
If you are using a very 'wet' icing, it is advisable to apply your topper to a thin, fondant sheet first and then apply to your cake surface.

Can I cut/trim my edible image?
Yes. We suggest using a sharp knife, blade or scissors. It's best to cut your image before you remove it from the backing. Our 8" round and cupcake toppers come pre cut ready for use, so no need to cut these!

What type of image can you print?
We can print graphics, photo's, logo's and text.
We suggest an image that is 300 dpi - to put this simply if the image looks good when opened full size on a computer then it should print well. We will advise you if the image is not suitable. The best file formats are JPEG or PNG.

Will the image print exactly as I send it?
Our images are vivid and of a high quality. Due to the nature of edible products colours may vary slightly and image alignment may be off center by up to 3mm.

How do I send my image to you?
You can email your image directly to email@topthatcake.com - remember to include some details such as your name so we know who its from.
